Butchery Masterclass & Dinner Gift Voucher
Treat a meat loving foodie to the ultimate evening out! The Masterclasses... Running almost every Wednesday evening from our Devonshire Square restaurant, co-founder Andy Waugh hosts one of 3 Butchery Masterclasses (Venison, Beef or Grouse) where guests will prepare their perfect join which they take home at the end of the evening in one of our much coveted M&W Cool bags. The Dinner... Meanwhile, our chefs prepare a delicious feast to be enjoyed upstairs in the main restaurant afterwards using the same meat being prepared in the Masterclass. Our drinks team will be on hand to recommend perfect wine, cocktail ad of course whisky pairings to go along with their meal. Flexibility with class style... We have deliberately left the voucher flexible so they can choose the type of class they wish to book on to. The Venison Masterclass will focus on how to prepare the perfect saddle of venison ready for their weekend roast at home. The Beef Masterclass demonstrates how to breakdown a whole roasting joint into the fillet, sirloin, ribeye & rump with particular focus on how to French trim the Tommahawk which guests will take home. And finally, our seasonal Grouse Masterclasses (August only) will have them tricky with their fingers preparing 3 perfect birds ready to roast for friends.
